Upon request, the Conference Secretariat will supply participants with personal invitations to the Conference. These invitations are meant to help visitors raise travel funds or obtain visas and do not represent a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support.

Welcoming dinner, September 2 at 19:00

Gala Dinner and Folklore Evening:
September 3 at 19:00 (Dress - informal)

Visas:
All visitors to Israel are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. For more information please contact your nearest embassy, consulate or local travel agency well in advance. Please contact the secretariat at register@isas.co.il if any problem arises. For applicants applying from countries without diplomatic relations with Israel, please immediately write the secretariat for assistance with the necessary paperwork.
