Accompanying Persons fee includes orientation tour, full day tour of Golan Heights (tour #3), half day bus tour of Capernaum & Tabgha (tour #4) and cake/coffee breaks. Accompanying persons may not attend scientific sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellations must be received via fax, email or post.
Registration cancellations received:
• before June 10, 2012 – full refund less $75 bank and processing charges
• between June 10 and August 25 – 60% refund
• No refund for cancellations received after August 25, 2012
Accommodations cancelled after August 25 will be charged a cancellation fee of $100
Refunds will be processed one month after the conference.
